We would have liked to have our training day in one venue, but unfortunately it is still not safe to do so. Instead, we will be collaborating virtually and I would like to say a huge thank you to colleagues across both Trusts who have worked hard to make this possible.

Our vision and values

We will be launching our collaborative and inclusive Trust vision based on our strong core values. 

Our vision: To provide environments where children, young people and our communities can thrive.
Our values: Living life to the full; serving others; growing together.

Throughout our professional development day, we will aim:

• to establish a platform for collaborative working across our Trust which everyone can contribute to.
• to introduce a shared approach and common language for professional development.
• to enable colleagues to share best practice and reflect on their own practice.
• to provide colleagues with the tools to develop their own practice and that of others.

The programme for the day can be found in the latest Teaching and Learning Bulletin which was sent to colleagues on 10 December.

I hope everyone will enjoy the day and come away with new knowledge, enthusiasm and motivation to help us achieve our vision.
