Appropriate for: colleagues interested in, or actively seeking, a middle leader or senior leader role within or outside of the Trust.

How to apply:
The difficult conversations training was really helpful. It helped us to have conversations that are clearer and more focused. This will ultimately have a positive outcome for the students we teach.
The opportunity to discuss something that you want to improve with colleagues facing similar challenges in different schools is beneficial.
